Taking Action

I noticed recently that there isn't enough information about The Egyptian Culture reaching the western world. Most of us, Egyptians, either communicate in Arabic amongst each other, or when we communicate in English it is usually regarding some minor topic that does not convey the internals of our culture.

Recently after The Egyptian Revolution, a new spirit was born. Many Egyptians turned there interest to their country and how to improve. There is no doubt that Egypt is rich with scientists but their work was usually exchanged in closed scientific communities. Nowadays, many serious discussions were established, amongst regular Egyptians, to discuss Egyptian scientists and their work and how to benefit from them.

Many Egyptian projects came to life, some are sponsored by organizations, and others are based on individual efforts. Some projects aim to educate people about politics, others aim to elevate morals among the Egyptian society.

This is my humble attempt to start a project that focuses on exposing The Egyptian Culture and (Heritage) to the English reader.

I will be targeting researches, discussions, theses, interviews, TV shows, etc. done by Egyptian scientists and public figures.

Egyptian Heritage project will also provide modern presentation using newer technology to previously published work.

I have been very fortunate to have many well educated friends who provide me with tremendous knowledge every day. I will try to use them to our advantage and try to recruit them to help. So, if you like this idea and you'd like to help, please feel free to contact us.

Thank you, and I hope you like our work.
